A friend of mine found this cool ass cafe in this area called, Anguk, where embodies a lot of traditional Korean buildings. This cafe is mad tiny for it has only 4 tables that sits four each, yet is the coolest place I've been so far, here in Seoul. The people who run the place are a couple, who are serious about coffee. They roast their own beans, has 8-9 kinds of beans from various countries, and each cup is hand-dripped by order. AND it only costs like 5 bucks.

Well, my life as of late has been kind of restricted, since I live in the mentality of strictly family and no friends. So I'll be posting much of what I get to observe and know via internet.
Folks from Paris has this small magazine called, Entrisme and one of the articles on their blog features, Jay Retard(i like his music). Once you are on top of Mt. Dugyou, you are 1300 meters above the sea level. Thirteen hundred meters!! That's pretty up high in the air, I have to say. Surrounding the mountain are 10,000 other peaks, and hence the view below...

It was one of the most amazing thing I saw since I got back home.

There are various tour companies in Seoul, and one that is favored by my mom and my youngest sister is this tour called "Good Morning Tour". You either make a reservation or just show up at the meeting point at Seoul station by 7:30 am and return to Seoul by 9:30 pm. It costs 15,000 won, equivalent to 12 us dollars, which is very cheap for what you get. It is a day tour, however, covers the transportation, 3 meals throughout the day, and entry fees to wherever the itinerary includes.
So my mom, my sister, Helena and I decided to do one of these, that included a natural spring spa down in the South. The itinerary was as Mt. Dugyou (ahahah)-Ginseng Company-Silkworm Museum-Natural hot spring-Seoul Station. It was kind of exhausting but really awesome.

In his statement, he spoke about how things are changing at this moment and how people are in the very middle of this condition; feminity in men and the opposite in women, analog vs digital, money and economic crisis...etc. And he's trying to sort of show that thru color and material he uses. And I find him quite comical as well.

Nanoom means 'to share', and it was a nice lil' ceramic art gallery. I initially went into the place since they had a sign that read 'No children under 13 allowed' and of course, I went in. Hah-! But what rewarded my dirty mind was a collection of traditional ceramic art. An artist was having his solo, so I immediately took out my camera, but got some shit from the lady watch-dog.

For those who aren't interested in viewing the art work for yourselves, they have a sign all throughout the museum that reads "Mona Lisa". I didn't know what the fuss of all the people in the room was about, only to realize that 'Mona' was in the room.
No matte which corner I was in, in front of the painting, you feel like she's watching you. There were protections in front of protections... totally ridic. But my sister tipped me off that the displayed painting is a fake one and the real one is in the basement, stored away from the sunlight.

Located on the right bank of Seine, Louvre museum embodies 35,000 objects from 6th millennium BC to the 19th century, proving itself to be one of the world's most visited landmarks. Palais de Louvre was built in 12th century under Phillip II, and now serves itself for the museum entirely, after many extension process.

It took me about 4 hours to finish touring the museum, and I have to say, the museum gave me that secret push to work more and do more. It was a-maaaazing. More pictures from here on in detail.

After Rome, I arrived in Madrid with no plan and no place to stay for the night. I luckily got guided to a hostel in Madrid, only to find out that my friends were in Barcelona(BCN from here on). So I decided to take a detour from here to BCN via 8-hour bus. It was a pretty interesting ride, since I got to see the country side of Spain. Every single time I saw a village, I was super stoked by the fact that people live, no matter where they are located. Go People!!

As you climb through the maze-like Vaticani Uusei, you occasionally get quite a good view down on to the city of Rome. The weather for the 2 days I was staying was absoltely beautiful and perfectly sunny. It was a sweater weather in November. That's why Italians are just chill and hang out all the time, drinking espresso.

This statue is an intrepertation on the ever generous Nile River and its surrounding 16 provences, represented by children around the big papa.

It was a long hall way filled with old scultures. Every tangible space on the wall was painted beautifully and the sculptures were just immaculate to every detail!!

On the second day in Rome, I decided to do the hardcore trip thru Vaitican Museum. From the beginning point of the museum to Sistin Chapel can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 6 hours. The museum apparented opted for a color coded guide through out the museu, but I was yet to see the sight. It took me about 4 hours thru the museum, so I'm gunna gush about that now...

Piazza del St. Piederto, Rome :: First day

I settled myself in nearby Vatican City, which is only 3 blocks away, and began my first day in Rome. There are so many buildlings and remains that I did not know where to rest my eyes. After a bit of wandering, I found myself in Piazza del St. Pierderto, which is the biggest church I've got to see...I was too scared to go in just yet, so I've decided to skim around.

The theater was located within the Sony Center Plaza in super corporate-y district of Berlin.

One of the three city airports of Berlin, Tempelhof is now becoming a defunct port of the town. So it is now being used in more of a leisurely manner by hosting older planes and such. By the airport park, where you can sit around and watch planes land and fly, a cemetary sits by. Good day.
