For some reason, Eiffel Tower is bustin' blue all over the place. I'm not so sure if they are celebrating some kind of anniversary, but it was a total burning EU blue with them stars. YAY- Finished with tourisme de Paris.

After Louvre, I was tired as shit but dragged my heine over to see the Eiffel Tower. I just walked around, not really knowing where I was going, and it was the best.

Lovre Museum, Paris :: Mona Lisa

For those who aren't interested in viewing the art work for yourselves, they have a sign all throughout the museum that reads "Mona Lisa". I didn't know what the fuss of all the people in the room was about, only to realize that 'Mona' was in the room.
No matte which corner I was in, in front of the painting, you feel like she's watching you. There were protections in front of protections... totally ridic. But my sister tipped me off that the displayed painting is a fake one and the real one is in the basement, stored away from the sunlight.

That big wall just for one painting.

Louvre Museum, BCN :: Gallery di Apullon

Once I entered the Louvre museum, I began to navigate thru the crowd and bumped into Gallery di Apullon.

I'm a big fan of old movies and realized that this was one of the photo shoot background of the movie Funny Face, which Audrey Hepburn acts as a bookworm-ugly chick turned model. I went coo-coo internally, since I didn't really know anyone at the moment to gush about it.

Rue de Rivoli, Paris :: Louvre Museum

Located on the right bank of Seine, Louvre museum embodies 35,000 objects from 6th millennium BC to the 19th century, proving itself to be one of the world's most visited landmarks. Palais de Louvre was built in 12th century under Phillip II, and now serves itself for the museum entirely, after many extension process.

It took me about 4 hours to finish touring the museum, and I have to say, the museum gave me that secret push to work more and do more. It was a-maaaazing. More pictures from here on in detail.

After delaying my return to Madrid for the second time, I finally left to head back to Madrid. On my way over to the bus station, I spotted a R I P O piece, giving me a purr-ing good-bye.
